Shipping is free only to customers in the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and American or Foreign territories abroad. We do not ship to Canada.

All furniture sets are insured according to industry standard. In order to file any necessary damage claims, customers must make notations of damage at the time of delivery. Damage is not typical, but can occur in rare instances. It is important to document any damage to the cartons or packing material, as well as the furniture piece itself.
We need to be notified immediately if damage is found. All damaged freight claims are filed directly with the carrier for reimbursement or replacement. The claim process can take several weeks and in most cases we will need photos of the damage. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.

Most forms of payment are accepted including all major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. Please allow all checks, cashier's checks and money orders to clear payment before your furniture set is shipped.
We offer a convenient layaway plan. Layaways are free and everyone is approved.
You can start a layaway with a 10% deposit and you'll have 6 months to pay for your furniture set. Furniture sets are shipped when the balance is paid in full. Start a layaway if you'd like us to hold your set while you're waiting for your home to be built, have a remodeling project or just need more time and do not want your furniture set to sell out.

All Sales Final. Any refused and returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all actual shipping charges incurred to your home/business and back to our retail store, located at 1425 Justin Rd. Suite 700, Lewisville, TX 75077, will be deducted from the original sales price. Any returned furniture must be in complete original packaging and arrive in new condition.
Dimensions are provided in the item descriptions. Please be sure to measure your area, doorways, hallways and stairwells to make sure the furniture will fit. We will not be responsible for items too large for your space.
